Our sensors measure discrete bands of the electromagnetic spectrum from the UVA, UVB, UVA+B, UVC, Visible Light, and Infrared regions. Both narrow and broad bands are available to fit any application, including germicidal requirements, environmental probes, and sensors for biologically weighted spectra (such as the erythema and CIE action spectra.) Over 135 different sensors are available in a variety of packages to fit any environment, from indoor clean rooms to harsh locations outdoors to 100 meters under water. Please note that Solar Light offers both Digital Sensors and Analog Sensors in the PMA-Series lineup. Select these Digital Sensors if you prefer to plug into our PMA-Series Radiometers to read the output of the sensor on the meter’s display. Digital models are typically used as discrete sensors that are portable and located to provide short term information. (By contrast, please select Analog Sensors if you don’t need a digital display output of the reading, if you will be connecting to your own datalogger, or if you plan to use a voltage source to provide excitation voltage to the sensor and a digital volt or amp meter to read and convert the results. Analog Sensors are typically used as process sensors that are permanently installed to provide ongoing information.)

A voltage rectifier, designed and manufactured by Monex GeoScope Pty. Ltd., has been added to the terraTEM suite of products. The voltage rectifier has been designed to provide 6 kW, 120 V, 50 A output and is the ideal rectifier to guarantee the necessary stable, ripple free current for the full range of Monex GeoScope’s transmitters. This includes the internal transmitters for the terraTEM24 (50 A, 120V), terraTEM (15 A, 24 V) and the terraTX-50 external transmitter (50 A, 250 V). In addition, the voltage rectifier outputs a clean, filtered 24 V suitable for powering either the terraTEM24 console or terraTX-50 console electronics. And the output stability of the voltage rectifier is not disturbed by the fast turn-off times available on the Monex GeoScope transmitters.

Epsilon’s Model 3543 is recommended for applications requiring long gauge lengths and larger measuring ranges.The Model 3542L comes standard with Epsilon’s quick attach kit, making it easy to mount the extensometer on the test specimen. The quick attach kit can be removed, allowing mounting of the extensometer with springs or rubber bands.The 3542L extensometers are strain gaged devices, making them compatible with any electronics designed for strain gaged transducers. Most often they are connected to a test machine controller. The signal conditioning electronics for the extensometer is typically included with the test machine controller or may often be added. In this case the extensometer is shipped with the proper connector and wiring to plug directly into the electronics. For systems lacking the required electronics, Epsilon can provide a variety of solutions, allowing the extensometer output to be connected to data acquisition boards, chart recorders or other equipment.
