The 16196A surface mount devices (SMD) test fixture offers excellent repeatability and usability, with accurate correlation up to 3 GHz. 16196 series fixtures are custom designed to fit specific SMD sizes (see table below), and provide repeatable DUT positioning with reliable contacts to enable stable measurement results - reducing the possibility of operator-induced error. Traditionally, SMD inductor evaluation up to 3 GHz has been difficult to implement - now with the 16196 series, it’s easy to perform accurate and repeatable measurements.

The Keysight 8493A coaxial fixed attenuator provides precision attenuation, flat frequency response, low SWR over broad frequency range at a low price. The attenuator is available in nominal attenuations of 3 dB and 6 dB, also 10 dB increments from 10 dB to 30 dB. This attenuator is swept-frequency tested to ensure it meets specifications at all frequencies. Calibration points are provided on a nameplate chart attached to each unit.

The 6565 HF DC Bias Unit is intended to be used with a Wayne Kerr 6500 analyzer, either the 6500B Precision Impedance Analyzer or the 6500P HF LCR Meter. Its function is to provide a source of DC bias current through the Device Under Test (DUT) while the analyzer is making AC measurements. Each 6565 unit can provide up to 10 A of DC current, and up to six 6565 units can be connected in parallel to supply a maximum 60 A. A digital ammeter on the front panel allows the user to see the dc bias current value and an indicator LED shows when the bias current is enabled.

The 63200A series high power DC electronic loads are designed for testing a wide range of power conversion products including AC/DC and server power supplies, DC/DC converters, EV batteries, automotive charging stations, and other power electronics components. These units can be synchronously paralleled up to 240kW and dynamically synchronized for generating complex multi-channel transient profiles. The 300% peak overpower capability provides extra headroom for fault condition simulations in automotive batteries, fuel cells, and more. The 63200A series have three operating voltage choices, 150V, 600V & 1,200V, with models covering power levels from 4kW to 24kW and up to 2,000A in a single unit. The DC loads have unique user defined waveform (UDW) capability and external analog modulating input for s imul a t ing re a l-wor ld, cus tom waveforms. Another distinct feature is the dynamic auto-frequency sweep function, which enables detecting a UUTs worst case output deviation across a wide range of current frequencies. In addition, a 255-set of data storage function has been built in for recall of the stored settings at any time. For automated testing, the save and recall functions can save a great deal of time.
