The FMC431 is a dual 1 Gigabit Ethernet FPGA Mezzanine Card with two RJ45 connectors available on the front panel. Compliant with the VITA 57.1 standard the FMC431 offers a High Pin Count connector but is compatible with FPGA carrier cards with Low Pin Count connectors. The Ethernet interface (1000BASE-T) is either implemented using RGMII (Low Pin Count compatible) or SGMII (High Pin Count compatible). The FMC431 also offers the option to stack an additional FMC over it. Any of the 4DSP FMC that use LVDS and single ended signaling only can be mounted over the FMC431, thus offering users with the ability to build a complete data acquisition, waveform generation and communication solution while using a single FMC site on an FPGA carrier card. The TSCOE4 Operator Interface provides a graphical user interface for the operator or the implementer in a production environment. It permits selecting the test sequence and supports parametrization of the test. During the test sequence, the current measurement values are displayed in relation to the relevant limits and the pass/fail evaluations for each individual test. After completion of the test sequence, the global test result is visualized.In addition, there are online statistics available to the user, which show the measurement value distribution within the current batch.The editor which is supplied with the product makes it possible to adapt the user interface language to any new deployment location. Several languages – German, English and Chinese – have already been implemented and are available out of the box.

The CPCI-AD320 module provides a 6U high performance data acquisition subsystem. There are 32 thirty-two 100/200 KSPS ADC’s for maximum performance. Or an opt low cost 16 channel version. The Local DSP can be usedto simply move data samples to the CPCI bus or can provide processing functions such as limit checking, FFT’s, digital filtering, etc. Software can be downloaded to the DSP via the CPCI interface. Instrumentation amplifiers provide over-voltage protection and gain on a per channel basis. The CPCI-AD8320-6U can also accept external scan and trigger signals from a front panel connector.

Universal Heading and Track Selector Panel This panel provides a synchro transmitter for Heading and a synchro resolver for Nav converter alignment. The synchros are mounted on industry standard 18:1 dual speed drives for maximum accuracy and repeatability. This unit can be used to calibrate both manual and automatic converters. This panel provides a rear mounted interface connector as well as front mounted tip jacks for independent breakout if so desired. The TA-260 also provides two discrete switches associated with the resolver configuration. The 30Hz/400Hz switch is provided to allow the resolver to be properly compensated for the type of Nav converter to be aligned. The second switch allows you to open or short the resolver rotor lead as may be required by some newer GPS equipment. This panel is lightweight enough for portable use or may be rack mounted.
