If possible we use standard market instruments and components. However not every task can be solved technically and economically reasonable. That is when our development department comes to place. Our colleagues already developed many approaches from little, practicable assemblies up to holistic measurement features. These solutions are customer oriented and together with a special firmware this is often a useful solution.

In current mode, the module operates in all four quadrants, allowing current to be drawn and sourced. 2-in-1 high-voltage test hood with integrated interchangeable setHV hood for electrical safety test & function test.The test cells are made of stable, highly insulating plastic and are closed by a swiveling, transparent cover. The built-in safety switch is used to lock the hood and release the high-voltage sources. This ensures that no high voltage is active when the door is open. There is a generously dimensioned wiring space in the floor of the test cage. An interchangeable adapter plate in the test cell - optionally with an interchangeable interface or an interchangeable adapter cassette - allows quick adaptation to different types of test items. Prepared openings enable connectors and other common interfaces or cable bushings to be easily attached. The hood is opened and closed almost effortlessly thanks to precisely coordinated gas springs.

No matter if your test system is not operating any more, if the forklift damaged it or you pressed a wrong button during the software-update - we are at your disposal to help. Usually the self test of the system helps further or if you agree we can help on a remote basis.If this does not help we deliver as soon as possible spare parts or send a repairperson. Our suppliers all offer support, delivery or even subsidiaries wordwide. This enables our technician to bring the spare part either with him or to send the exchange device directly to your place.
