RF One Power Meter
The RF One Power Meter is a very versatile instrument covering both analog and digital carriers in an extremely wide frequency range from 30MHz to 6GHz. The RF One is capable of measuring forward and reflected power in the range of a few milliwatts up to 500 Watts. The internal operating system controls measurement, display and the I/Os allowing serial communication to PC, USB to memory stick and USB Serial communication. The I/O options are used to write plots to either memory sticks or to a connected PC, the I/Os can also be used to operate the instrument, giving commands and receiving data. For documentation reference the instrument has a real time clock. Multilayer menus are used to setup and control the operation of parameters. The RF One instrument is small, handy and light weight battery operated with more than 3 hours of continuous operation on the internal NiMh cells. Feature with XML data handling and application viewer is included. Accessory kit with soft carrying bag, car charger and coax adapters for standard types.

The Nanomotor®
The patented Nanomotor® is a piezo driven linear motor. It is a multifunctional basic part for many positioning and manipulation devices. It has a positioning stroke of up to more than a centimeter while operating with atomic resolution. The Nanomotor thus bridges eight orders of magnitude. The Nanomotor consists of a cylindrical housing and a slider with a free axial hole inside. It combines high resolution in the sub-nanometer range with a large positioning stroke. The Nanomotor utilizes a piezo tube for fine positioning and a shock wave produced by the same piezo tube for coarse movements. The small Nanomotor is half the size of a match stick. It can lift six times its own mass. Every point of its stroke can be reached with a speed of up to 1 mm/s. The Nanomotor also works in ultrahigh vacuum or even under water. It is driven by a PC card at a supply voltage of only ±15 volts.

Dynamic Weighing System for Excavators

The load in the bucket is weighed during normal lifting cycle. The weighing can be started automatically or manually. The display will show the weight currently in the bucket, and the running total. Also, the number of buckets delivered is shown. The weighing system can be used as a tool toavoid over- and underloading of trucks. There are many production processes where electrostatic charges disturb smooth operation. To eliminate static, ionizers are used. One typical field of application is the semiconductor industry where the components are extremely sensitive and can even be damaged by high electric static charges. Another example is the printing industry: Here friction between the rollers and the paper generates static. The static makes the paper cling and not move correctly through the printing machine. Especially when printing on vinyl or plastics, electrostatic charges need to be removed. In the packaging industry, plastic sleeves or foils tend to stick to each other, which can be prevented with an ionizer eliminate static. A general problem in assembling processes is the adhesion of dust and dirt particles. Contamination of workpieces can be prevented by having static eliminators neutralize and blow away undesired particles.
