eNet-1553
eNet is a small, rugged 1553 to Ethernet appliance/converter (~200 grams and about the size of a 4 stub coupler) and offers the same advanced BC, mRT and BM functions as our cards. In addition, eNet can provide an additional independent BM mode to auto bridge (transmit) 1553 messages on user defined IP/UDP packet header. The appliance can also auto-load setup images for fast auto start-up, which would be ideal for simple RT applications that wouldn’t even need an API interface (just a standard UDP interface – usually through simple socket programming).

The Model T802 O2 uses the proven paramagnetic measurement principle, coupled with state of the art microprocessor technology, to provide accurate and dependable measurements of Percent-Level O2.Paramagnetic technology is non-depleting, which means that there are no consumable parts, and ensures a consistent performance over time. The selectivity of the paramagnetic measurement for oxygen means that there is little or no interference from other common background gases. The T802 offers a stable and inherently linear measurement of oxygen, making it possible to calibrate the analyzer by checking only two points. Our automated scanning system is based on smart 3D cameras SICK Ruler E 600. Information about the wheel profile from the camera via a high-speed Gigabit Ethernet interface is sent to a dedicated computer for processing, detecting and recognizing the alphanumeric sequence applied to a specific section of the wheel. Synchronization with the rotation system is carried out by means of a high-precision encoder, with the conveyor system - via the Profibus DP interface.
