Linear Array
Linear array sensors consist of a linear array of integrating photosensing pixels which measure incident light over a user-defined exposure time and generate a voltage or digital output which represents the light exposure at each pixel. The sensors are available in a variety of lengths and pixel resolutions. The analog output may be directly interfaced to an ADC for digital processing or for comparing black/white thresholds. The SpaceWire PCI Mk2 is a 3 SpaceWire port interface device, which can also act as a router, that succeeds the successful SpaceWire PCI-2 card. New features include the introduction of a packet generator in the hardware. This allows the card to generate SpaceWire packets at high speeds without using the host PC’s resources. Similarly, a new packet checker has also been added to the hardware design. The high performance driver boasts a full API which allows the user to control all functions of the card, supporting C and C++. Both the API and board design are common across several other STAR-Dundee devices. This makes it easy and quick to migrate user application software across different platforms. The board also supports field upgrades, such that any future revisions or a requested customisation can be downloaded from the STAR-Dundee website and installed.

Teledyne Test Tools T3DSO2000A Oscilloscopes feature two channel and four channel models with analog bandwidth options from 100 MHz to 500 MHz. Each model offers a maximum sample rate of 2 GSa/s, and a maximum memory depth of 200 Mpts in half channel mode. All models incorporate two 2 GSa/s ADCs and two 200 Mpts memory modules. When all channels are enabled, each channel has sample rate of 1 GSa/s and a standard record length of 100 Mpts. When only a single channel per ADC is active, the maximum sample rate is 2 GSa/s and the maximum record length is 200 Mpts. For ease-of-use, the most commonly used functions can be accessed with its user-friendly front panel design.

The Model 990 Series Magnetreaters® are highly accurate, pulse type, ringing demagnetizers (also called treaters) for the controlled stabilization of permanent magnets and permanent magnet assemblies. Regardless of line voltage stability, they provide a controlled output through continuous pulse amplitude regulation. Treating voltage is variable from 0 to 600 VDC. Additional energy can be added to the Model 990 Series by interconnecting a Model 992 Energy Booster. The energy level is increased from 18 to 36 watt-seconds. With this option, treating coils will produce higher demagnetizing fields and lower ringing frequencies, which can provide greater field penetration in some applications.
