Model 78624 is a member of the Cobalt® family of high-performance PCI Express boards based on the Xilinx Virtex-6 FPGA. As an IF relay, it accepts two IF analog input channels, modifies up to 34 signals, and thendelivers them to two analog IF outputs. Any signal within each IF band can be independently enabled or disabled, and changed in both frequency and amplitude as it passes through the module. Streaming to the host computer can be performed simultaneously with acquisition to on-board memory, increasing the effective acquisition length by using the host computer's memory. Dual channel boards sample concurrently at twice the input clock frequency, and can also be software selected to run in single channel mode, providing twice the effective memory depth.
