The CAN (Controller Area Network) is a serial communication protocol, and efficiently supports distributed real-time control with a very high level of security. It is an especially suit for networking "intelligent" devices as well as sensors and actuators within a system or sub-system. In CAN networks, there is no addressing of subscribers or stations in the conventional sense, but instead prioritized messages are transmitted. As standalone CAN controller, PISO-CAN400/CAN200 can represents an economic solution of an active CAN board. It has two or four independent CAN bus communication ports with 5-pin screw terminal connector or 9-pin D-sub connector, and has the ability to cover a wide range of CAN applications. Besides, PISO-CAN400/CAN200 uses the new CAN controller Phillips SJA1000T and transceiver 82C250/251, which provide bus arbitration, error detection with auto correction and re-transmission function. The DB-24R consists of 24 form C, electromechanical relays for efficient switching of load by programmed control. The contact of each relay can control a 0.5 A /110 V load or 1A / 24VDC. The relay is energized by applying a 5 voltage signal to the appropriate relay channel on the 50-pin Opto-22 compatible connector or D-Sub 37 connector . Twenty-four enunciator LEDs, one for each relay, light when their associated relay is activated . This board needs a +12VDC or +24VDC external power supply to avoid overloading your PC’s power supply.

The PCI-1800/1802 (L/H) is a family of high performance data acquisition board with 5V PCI bus. The PCI-1800/1802LU/HU card has a universal PCI interface supporting both 3.3 V and 5 V PCI bus. All the members in the PCI-1800 family have the same architecture; they feature a continuous A/D acquisition function of up to 330 kHz for low gain (44 kHz for high gain) under DOS and offer two 12-bit D/A output channels, 16 digital input channels and 16 digital output channels. The PCI-1800 series provides 16 single-ended or 8 differential inputs while the PCI-1802 series provides 32 single-ended or 16 differential inputs. In addition, an amazing A/D channel scan function called “MagicScan” is provided for users to easily implement multi-channel analog data acquisition applications. The specific MagicScan controller takes out most works of getting A/D value such as selecting channel, setting gain, settling time, triggering ADC and getting data. Even in channel scan mode, it can have different gain code for each channel, and the sampling rate can still reach 330 kS/s totally. The PCI-1800 series is suitable for high end applications.

The DN-SSR4 includes 4 normally open, Form A, solid-state relays. The user can use the DN-SSR4 to switch high voltage load up to 240VAC and up to 4A. Four enunicator LEDs (one for each relay) light when their associated relay is activated. Each output is equipped with a varistor that shunts the surge voltage of the inductive load or electromagnetic brake to protect the relay contact point. All relay control and relay outputs are accessible through the wiring terminals.
