The UPC Verification Calibration standards are a unique set of symbols that assures an exact and reliable primary bar code standard exists for UPC codes based on ANSI X3.182/ISO 15416 methodology. These standards are intended as a fundamental calibration tool for an QC program, providing a continuous scale from best to worse case characteristics of each parameter. With complete NIST traceable data supplied, it is ideally suited to those requiring traceability, such as ISO certification. Each symbol is individually calibrated to ANSI X3.182/ISO 15416 standards using a custom built microdensitometer. Turn-around times are typically less than 90 days with units being returned fully tested to their specific program requirements. All repairs are performed using new materials and components. Once the repair has been received, and purchase order issued, a Test and Evaluation report is sent to the end user fully describing our findings and the proposed repair.Following live ejections, Teledyne will download and prepare a post ejection report for any of our ejection seat sequencers AT NO COST to the end user. This report will document the data stored in the flash memory of the unit. The data will be a representation of what the sequencer recorded. However, Teledyne is unable to give any opinions or technical advice on the operation of the seat system.

The input signal of the Vibration meter software, which is the output signal of the accelerometer, i.e. the vibrational acceleration signal, is filtered by means of one of four possible digital band filters. Then, based on this signal, vibrational velocity and displacement signals are calculated by means of integrating filters. Thus, the software generates three signals which are transferred to the ZETLAB data server virtual channels created by the program and having the word “Acceleration”, “Speed” or “Displacement” in their names, respectively.Signals are averaged for a selected time interval (0.1 s, 1 s, or 10 s), after which the obtained values are displayed in the dialog box elements of the Vibration meter program. It is possible to display a root-mean-square (RMS), average amplitude or peak value.
