This attenuator is swept-frequency tested to ensure it meets specifications at all frequencies. Calibration points are provided on a nameplate chart attached to each unit.

The Keysight 84906L programmable step attenuator offers coaxial measurements to 40 GHz in a compact, rugged design. This latest design evolution sets new standards for size and performance.
