Process transmitters isolate, filter amplify, and convert sensor signals to 4-20mA current or 0-10V voltage signals for interfacing with controllers and other instrumentation. Select from 2-wire loop-powered 4-20mA transmitters, 3-wire DC-powered transmitters, or 4-wire AC/DC-powered transmitters. 3-wire and 4-wire models are available as 4-20mA transmitters or voltage transmitters. DIN-rail and field-mount version are available. Configuration is easy with Windows software, push-buttons, switches, or pots for span/zero settings depending on the series.

Packaged as interchangeable two-channel plug-in modules, Encore’s broad product line includes frequency to voltage converters, strain gage amplifiers, accelerometer conditioners, digital voltmeters and DC power supplies. All of our systems feature a common CAL input on the rear of the rack which allows for calibration of the entire rack. Calibration function varies based on the modules installed. For example, the Model 633 applies a shunt calibration resistor across the bridge, while the Model 149 applies a reference charge source to the input. The TMO-2 Transducer Modules is a complete differential amplifier/signal conditioners with self contained power. The units provide excitation, balance and span adjustment via precision 10 turn pots, and shunt calibration necessary to couple a user supplied bridge type transducer to an indicating instrument. Full scale output is specified at plus or minus 10 VDC. The TMO-2 provides a floating shunt calibration circuit which applies calibration at the transducer, thereby eliminating errors due to line losses. The excitation supply incorporates a Wagner Ground to greatly improve Common Mode Rejection. The factory set bandwidth of the module is narrow to improve stability for applications such as weighing scales. The removal of a single capacitor will increase the frequency response DC to 60K Hz for dynamic data applications.
