The 40-614 High Density 2 Amp multiplexer module is available in 20 configurations. All configurations use high quality electro-mechanical signal relays allowing each channel to switch current up to 2A and voltage up to 200VDC/140VACThe module is suitable for signal routing in ATE and data acquisition systems. User connections are made via a front panel 160-pin DIN 41612 connector which is fully supported by our range of cabling and connector solutions.

Test & Burn-In Socket. Socket is easily mounted and removed to & from the BIB due to solderless pressure mount compression spring probes which, are accurately located by two molded plastic alignment pins and mounted with four stainless steel screws. Standard molded socket format can accommodate any device package of 13mm or smaller, by using machined (for small quantities) or custom molded (for large quantities) pressure pads and interposers.

Multiplexer Module
The 40-667A-012 is a single 6-channel 30A MUX and is part of our range of high current multiplexers occupying two slots of PXI chassis. Each multiplexer switch uses a fully isolated solid state relay which has been designed to offer fast operation under hot switching conditions and high inrush current with no operational life degradation. Each multiplexer channel can support 10A of continuous current and switch up to 200V signals. The switches can sustain inrush currents in excess of 50A. AC or DC signals can be switched since the switch is polarity insensitive.
