This verification kit is used to verify the measurement calibration and also to verify that the PNA/PNA-X based millimeter-wave system is operating within its specifications. The 85059V with 85059B 1 mm calibration kit are replacements for the 85059A 1 mm calibration/verification kit.

Barcode symbol quality has been at the forefront of discussion among practitioners in the automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) industry since they were invented in 1951. Barcodes became commercially successful when they were used to automate checkout systems at grocery stores, with the very first scanning of the Universal Product Code (UPC) on a pack of Wrigley Company chewing gum in June 1974. The Uniform Code Council (UCC) published barcode quality guidelines, and ANSI X3.182-1990 became the first published standard for barcode quality. The multi-channel optical fibre test system is used in the development and qualification of single mode optical fibres. The fibres are exposed to environmental influences in a climatic chamber in order to analyse the data on insertion loss and reflection. In addition, the current temperature in the climatic chamber is documented. Insertion loss measurement is performed with the help of an optical power meter, laser sources and optical switches. An Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) from Exfo is used for the reflection measurements. The system was designed for the simultaneous characterization of 15 sample fibres and one reference fibre.
