Based on the AXIe standard the M9703B is an 8-channel, 12-bit digitizer/wideband digital receiver, able to capture signals from DC up to 2 GHz at 1.6 GS/s. A channel interleaving capability allows waveform acquisition at up to 3.2 GS/s with exceptional measurement accuracy. For the most accurate receiver characterization results, the M8061A provides four calibrated de-emphasis taps, which can be extended to eight taps, built-in superposition of level interference and Clock/2 jitter injection.
