CX4000 – FTIR Gas Analyzer
Gasmet CX4000 is an industrial multi-component FTIR gas analyzer for continuous emission monitoring applications, integrated into a Continuous Emissions Monitoring system (CEMS II e). It can be used to measure up to 50 components simultaneously, and additional gases can be easily added without any hardware changes. The corrosion-resistant sample cell is heated up to 180 °C, which makes CX4000 an ideal tool for analyzing trace concentrations of pollutants in wet, corrosive gas mixtures.

EDXIR-Analysis software is specially designed to perform qualitative analysis using data acquired by an energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) fluorescence spectrometer and a Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FTIR). This software is used to perform an integrated analysis of data from FTIR, which is excellent at the identification and qualification of organic compounds, and from EDX, which is excellent at the elementary analysis of metals, inorganic compounds and other content. It then pursues identification results and the degree of matching. it can also be used to perform EDX or FTIR data analysis on its own. The library used for data analysis (containing 485 data as standard) is original to Shimadzu, and was created through cooperation with water supply agencies and food manufacturers. The SENresearch 4.0 is the new SENTECH spectroscopic ellipsometer. Every individual SENresearch 4.0 spectroscopic ellipsometer is a customer-specific configuration of spectral range, options and field upgradable accessories. SENresearch 4.0 uses fast FTIR ellipsometry for the NIR up to 2,500 nm or 3,500 nm, respectively. It provides broadest spectral range with best S/N ratio and highest, selectable spectral resolution. Silicon films up to 200 µm thickness can be measured. The measurement speed of FTIR ellipsometry compares to diode array configurations, which are also selectable up to 1,700 nm.
