The Keysight 1146B AC / DC probe provides accurate display and measurement of currents up to 100 A DC or peak AC / DC to 100 kHz without breaking the circuit. The 1146B AC / DC probe has hall-effect sensor technology to measure AC and DC signals. It is compatible with any Keysight oscilloscope with 0.2 to 0.5 V / div sensitivity and 1 MΩ BNC input.

The SECM integrates a positioning system, a bipotentiostat, and an ultramicroelectrode probe or tip. The positioning system moves the probe close to the surface of the sample, within the local imaging zone. The bipotentiostat can polarize the probe only (feedback mode) or the sample and the probe independently (generator-collector mode), while measuring the resulting current(s). The probe is specially designed to have a specific tapered polish (per the RG ratio) and active radius below 100 microns. The positioning system scans the probe and charts position with measured electrochemical parameters, creating a data map of local current.

These probes have great bandwidth ensuring accurate measurement even with harmonically distorted wave shapes. For all RCT1A/RCT models, a NIST, NAVLAP, NPL (UKAS) factory traceable calibration certificate and certificate of conformance is supplied. UL/CSA approved materials are used throughout. Three phase and single phase flexible AC current sensors (rope sensors) are available for fast installation in confined spaces, eliminating the need for Electrical Supply Shutdown. Available outputs are 1A @ 2.5VA and 5A @ 0.5VA, this means long cable lengths from current sensor to signal conditioner allow these low VA ratings to be used, even when feeder cable to energy meter distances are large (up to 98 feet / 30 meters)
