The TH-1000 series torque detectors employ a new magnetic phase difference method with improving functionality while maintaining the advantages of Ono Sokki's conventional torque detectors. They incorporate high durability and long service life---the biggest features of our torque detectors. The new magnetic phase difference method does not require AC power supply to an auxiliary motor for rotation detection change. TH-1000 series is a standard type torque detector with the rotation speed range up to 6000 r/min. The TH-2000 series is a high-speed rotation type which can be used for torque characteristic test of high-speed rotating motor such as an EV/HEV motor, a centrifuge machine or the like. The characteristic data of the detector can be automatically set up on the TH-5100 torque meter when power is turned on.

It is unique device in the market due to its dual purpose: - It can be used as a stable power supply for coils and spring-charging motors (both DC and AC power supply voltage) during commissioning and maintenance testing. - It is powerful analysis tool for assessing conditions of circuit breaker auxiliary circuit and coils. The Coil Analyzer SAT40A II series has separate DC and AC coil outputs for power supply of opening and closing coils. The output voltage is selectable in the ranges from 10 V to 300 V DC or from 10 V to 250 V AC. The Coils outputs can withstand up to 15 A current. The DC and AC motor outputs can generate from 10 V to 300 V DC and 250 V AC voltage. The motor outputs can withstand starting (inrush) currents up to 40 A. These outputs can also be used as continuous power supply outputs.

This device consists of a low interwinding capacitance AC transformer and a high stability adjustable linear regulator designed specifically for driving transducer bridges.
