e-CAM30_HEXCUTX2 (HexCamera) is a multiple camera solution for NVIDIA® Jetson TX1/TX2 developer kit that consists of six 3.4 MP 2-Lane MIPI CSI-2 camera board and an adaptor board (e-CAMHEX_TX2ADAP) to interface with the J22 connector on the Jetson TX1/TX2. Each camera is based on the camera module e-CAM30_CUMI0330_MOD, 1/3" AR0330 color CMOS image sensor from ON Semiconductor® and integrated high performance Image Signal Processor (ISP). All these six cameras are connected to the e-CAMHEX_TX2ADAP adaptor board using 30 cm micro-coaxial cable.

The extra-rugged BSH casing enables the system to withstand the harshest production environments. The Diverter Valve reject system is typically used to divert contaminated product from the flow. The Keysight 8474E is a high-performance detector using a gallium arsenide, planar-doped barrier detecting element. It features extremely flat frequency response over its entire band of operation and very good frequency response stability versus temperature. The Keysight 8474E is also very rugged with high resistance to ESD damage. The Keysight 8474E detector is available with a 2.4-mm (0.01 to 50 GHz) connector. This detector offers the options for optimal square-law loads (Option 102) and for positive polarity output (Option 103). Because the unit-to-unit frequency response tracking of this device is typically better than plus or minus 0.3 dB, no matched response option is offered.

The GO-8105M-5GE-UV is JAI’s highest resolution UV-sensitive area scan camera. The camera features a state-of-the-art Sony Pregius S sensor with backside illumination (BSI) technology, offering spectral sensitivity well into the UVC region. Quantum efficiency at 200 nm is above 25% and is between 40-50% for nearly all of the UVA and UVB range. A 5GBASE-T GigE Vision interface provides 8.1-megapixel monochrome images at up to 66 fps. The FPA Test Set (FPATS) interface to the detectors under test (DUT’s) is via a custom pedestal plate which provides both a conductive heat path to both the individual DUT’s as well as the field of view limiting aperture plate. This custom pedestal plate protrudes through the customer provided DUT interface printed circuit board (PCB) and makes physical contact with the rear of the DUT packages and the aperture plate when the FPATS is in the closed position. The pedestal plate is mounted to the ambient source plate and its temperature is actively driven by this subsystem.
