Multi Function:Each channel operates simultaneously as a Bus controller and/or multiple (up to 32) Remote Terminals, or as a Triggerable Bus Monitor. In addition, error injection (BC and RT modes), error detection (all modes) and cableless internal loopback are supported on each channel. Single Function:Each channel operates either as a Bus Controller, Remote Terminal, or Bus Monitor.Each dual redundant 1760 channel can operate simultaneously as a Bus Controller and up to 32 Remote Terminals and as a Triggerable Monitor. In addition, error injection (BC and RT modes), error detection (all modes) and cableless internal loopback are supported on each channel. The EXC-1553ccPMC/Px(S)-1760 is supplied with C drivers, including source code, and Merlin+ Windows software.

The M2p.59xx series allows recording of up to eight single-ended channels or up to four differential channels both with sampling rates of up to 125 MS/s. These PCI Express cards offer outstanding A/D features both in resolution and speed. The cards can be switched between single-ended inputs with a programmable offset and true differential inputs. If used in differential mode each two inputs are connected together reducing the number of available channels by half. The 16 bit vertical resolution have four times the accuracy compared to 14 bit cards and sixteen times the accuracy if compared with a 12 bit card. All boards of the M2p.59xx series may use the whole installed on-board memory of up to 512 MSamples completely for the currently activated number of channels.

Arbitrary Waveform Generator
The M2p.65xx series offers different versions of arbitrary waveform generators for PCI Express with a maximum output rate of 125 MS/s. These boards allow to generate freely definable waveforms on several channels synchronously. With one of the synchronization options the setup of synchronous multi channel systems is possible as well as the combination of arbitrary waveform generator with digitizers of the M2p product family. The 512 MSample on-board memory can be used as arbitrary waveform storage or as a FIFO buffer continuously stream data via the PCIe interface. Importantly, the high-resolution 16-bit DACs deliver four times the resolution than AWGs using older 14-bit technology.

The micro probes are used to measure magnetic fields and they have a high resolution. They measure magnetic fields up to 6 GHz, e.g. at signal conductors (150µm), SMD components (0603-0201) or IC pins. The MFA micro probes are guided by hand. An amplifier stage is integrated into the probe head. The amplifier stage (9V, 100mA) is powered via the Bias tee BT 706. It has an impedance of 50 Ohm. The micro probes are connected via the Bias tee BT 706 to a spectrum analyzer or an oscilloscope. Langer EMV-Technik GmbH includes correction lines in the delivery. With the help of the correction lines the probe output voltage is converted either into the respective magnetic field or to the current which is running through the conductor.
