1. The M2p.59xx series allows recording of up to eight single-ended channels or up to four differential channels both with sampling rates of up to 125 MS/s. These PCI Express cards offer outstanding A/D features both in resolution and speed. The cards can be switched between single-ended inputs with a programmable offset and true differential inputs. If used in differential mode each two inputs are connected together reducing the number of available channels by half. The 16 bit vertical resolution have four times the accuracy compared to 14 bit cards and sixteen times the accuracy if compared with a 12 bit card. All boards of the M2p.59xx series may use the whole installed on-board memory of up to 512 MSamples completely for the currently activated number of channels.

Michelson and Mach-Zehnder interferometers are available in wavelengths from 1064 to 1550 nm. Each interferometer has a “zero meter” path mismatch which provides flexibility to change the delay length to match varying test applications. The standard length shipped is 50 meters. Motorized Polarization Controller. In addition to its basic function of adjusting polarization states in multi channels, it also provides convenient ‘save and recall’ functions. As a Scanning PC, it provides very powerful ‘auto scan’ modes with variable scanning speeds. Polarization states can be manipulated by either manual adjustment or remote control (GPIB, RS-232) using two quarter-wave plates in each channel of the PC1600. Additionally, the auto scan mode of FIBERPRO’s Motorized Polarization Controller has been upgraded in LPC, and it shows another auto scan mode of four quarter-waveplates with higher polarization extinction ratio when connecting two channels at a high speed. PC1600 is an essential tool to complete fiber-optic, multi-channel measurement systems such as WDM/DWDM as well as R&D (i.e. PMD experiments), and manufacturing.

The Process Sense endpoint sensor is a small, low-cost SiF4 sensor specifically designed for Remote Plasma Chamber Clean Endpoint detection for silicon-based CVD deposition chambers. Process Sense is based on infrared absorption, the only technique applicable to all plasma cleaning processes (in-situ and remote). It gets mounted onto a bypass on the rough line, ensuring no effect on deposition hardware. The signal level reported by the Process Sense, which is proportional to SiF4 concentration, can be used to determine the completion of the chamber clean process.
