The S930901B spectrum analysis adds high-performance microwave spectrum analysis to the PNA family up to 13.5 GHz. With fast stepped-FFT sweeps resulting from optimized data processing, the SA application provides quick spurious searches over broad frequency ranges. Simultaneous spectrum measurements can be done using up to five test and reference receivers. This multi-channel SA can be used with the internal swept-signal generators for efficient measurements of spurious signals emanating from mixers and frequency converters. The SA application employs source-power and receiver-response calibration as well as fixture de-embedding, providing in-fixture and on-wafer spectrum measurements with the highest level of accuracy.

The Type RPD-2 Radio Frequency (RF) Proximity Detector is designed to detect and locate devices that radiate radio waves in the high frequency to low microwave frequency range. Such devices often include surveillance and “spy” equipment. The Type RPD-2, when used with the different sensors, will detect the emanation of the radio wave within a confined area, and then isolate its location to within approximately a square foot. The type RPD-2A may be used as an RF field strength indicator for antenna field strength measurements. The RPD-2A is identical in function except that the meter scale is calibrated in relative dB units.

The DV-6 thermocouple vacuum gauge tube fully compensates for temperature and rate of temperature change.Thermocouple gauge tubes are calibrated on vacuum systems that contain N2 or Air, but can be used with other gases. Additionally, thermocouple gauges and their controllers can be recalibrated when a replacement thermocouple gauge tube is installed, following instructions in the manual. WinFT is our proprietary software which makes D&P instruments so functional and easy to winft1_largeuse. Based on the Windows operating system, this software provides simple and intuitive control of the instrument. All of the usual File functions are available, as well as controls over instrument settings such as resolution, apodization, zero-fill and number of coadds. Display options enable the user to display interferograms, spectra or both, as well as to adjust plot scales and units. Onboard math processing allows for real-time calculation of ratio, difference, and absorbance, and when using our calibrated hot-cold blackbody calibrators, the ability to measure calibrated radiance. Further, WinFT offers the ability to measure sample temperature in the radiance function by matching a Planck to the calibrated radiance. With the gold diffuse plate, the software can also compute and display absolute emissivity of samples. Our software also enables exporting of data files, now made even easier with our USB and LAN connections. In addition, the software has been designed to be easily run using the keyboard function keys and single letter commands, making the use of a mouse in the field optionalas well as minimizing key strokes when taking measurements in the field.
