Portable Calibration Baths
6109A / 7109A
-
The Fluke Calibration 6109A and 7109A Portable Calibration Baths are liquid baths that let process industry professionals calibrate four times more sanitary sensors per batch in less time and with twice the accuracy of other portable baths in this class. Larger than micro baths, up to four tri-clamp sanitary sensors fit easily into these baths for calibration at ± 0.1 °C temperature display accuracy. Throughput is even higher for sanitary RTDs with small or no flanges. Two bath models cover a wide temperature range: 35 °C to 250 °C for the 6109A and -25 °C to 140 °C for the 7109A. Each model offers a “-P” version that includes process electronics for connecting an external reference probe. Professionals working in clean process industries, including facilities managers, production engineers and calibration technicians, prefer these baths for a variety of reasons.

Reference Thermometers
-
Reference thermometers (standard thermometers) are, due to their excellent stability and their geometrical adaptations, ideally suited for applications in industrial laboratories. They enable easy comparative calibration in baths, in tube furnaces and in dry-well calibrators. The advantage of reference thermometers is the wide temperature range, and with this, their flexible operation. Furthermore, with their low drift, a long service life is ensured.

SC-1 Monitor
CS-131
-
The CS-131 is a high-precision chemical concentration monitor designed for use with SC-1 solutions used in cleaning processes during semiconductor manufacturing. It offers a faster response speed in a more compact size than anything available to date. The CS-131 monitors the concentrations of the individual components of the SC-1 solutions (NH3/H2O2/H2O) which is widely used to remove particles and organic substances. The monitor has a number of outputs which can be utilized to keep the concentrations of the individual elements of the SC-1 solutions within the allowable ranges; this eliminates unnecessary replacement of chemicals potentially increasing bath life time and reducing chemical cost. In addition, a model with an integrated cooling unit is available, allowing accommodation of a broader range of sample temperatures.
