Individual UPC Bar Code Standards

The UPC Verification Calibration standards are a unique set of symbols that assures an exact and reliable primary bar code standard exists for UPC codes based on ANSI X3.182/ISO 15416 methodology. These standards assures that manufactures of verification equipment, scanners, QC labs and end users now have an accurate basis for checking the measurement capabilities of their equipment. These standards are intended as a fundamental calibration tool for an QC program, providing a continuous scale from best to worse case characteristics of each parameter. With complete NIST traceable data supplied, it is ideally suited to those requiring traceability, such as ISO certification. Each symbol is individually calibrated to ANSI X3.182/ISO 15416 standards using a custom built microdensitometer. These cards are supplied calibrated for use with a 6 mil scan aperture and 660nm wavelength. (calibration wit other aperture sizes or wavelengths is available)

Impedance Calibrator is to replace countless single value RCL standards with one calibrator that can switch between the standards like a CD changer in your car. The calibrator contains stable and temperature independent resistance standards, partial capacitance standards and partial inductance standards, simulated by RC T-type passive network. The RD-22 Dytronic Primary Transfer Ultra Stable Standard represents the state-of-the-art technology in a commercially available AC transfer reference. The Ultra Stable RD-22 is a variant of the RD-22 Primary Transfer Standard that has been optimized for 120/240 V @ 5A operation to provide optimum stability. In a stable test environment, repeatability for a 10-second test of ±0.6 µWh/VAh is attained at 120 V and 240 V at 5A inputs with a 95% confidence interval. A typical experimental 2 repeatability of less than ±0.25 µWh/VAh is achieved. In a stable test environment, a reproducibility of ±2 µWh/VAh over a five-day interval is attained at 120 V and 240 V at 5A inputs with 95% confidence interval.
