These PCI Express cards offer outstanding A/D features both in resolution and speed. The cards can be switched between single-ended inputs with a programmable offset and true differential inputs. If used in differential mode each two inputs are connected together reducing the number of available channels by half. The 16 bit vertical resolution have four times the accuracy compared to 14 bit cards and sixteen times the accuracy if compared with a 12 bit card. All boards of the M2p.59xx series may use the whole installed on-board memory of up to 512 MSamples completely for the currently activated number of channels.

New PK-232 firmware (Ver. 7.2) allows a wider selection of filters than the original PK-232, so the filter can match the mode. The correct DSP filter is automatically selected when you choose an internal mode. In RTTY, Timewave’s proven Twin Peak Filters pluck the mark and space tones from the noise and QRM for great copy. The 40-412A-024 (PXI) and 42-412A-024 (PXIe) are 16-Channel Digital Output modules with high output voltage and current capability. The outputs can be used for high or low drive and each channel is capable of sourcing 0.5A from the high side or 0.5A sink on the low side. Accidental operation of both high and low side driver on the same channel is prevented by the supplied driver. Outputs are fully protected against over-voltage, over-current and thermal overload, ensuring robust and reliable operation in the toughest test environments. For high side driving, the voltage source is supplied externally, allowing the module to drive high capacity loads separate from the chassis power supply. For low side driving, the external source is not used and the module’s output operates an open collector or open drain driver.
