The MINI-MAX, Ultrasonic Bolt Tension Monitor, defines the state of the art in the measurement of the actual elongation produced by tightening a threaded fastener. The MINI-MAX can measure the elongation very accurately in fasteners of virtually any material from 1/2 inch to 4 feet in length. The measurement is achieved by determining the change in the transit time, of an ultrasonic shock wave along the length of the fastener as the fastener is tightened by any method. The on-board microcomputer automatically interprets this time measurement to display the time(nanoseconds), elongation, load, stress, or %strain from stretching a fastener. Through the use of high speed digital signal processing and automated diagnostics, the MINI-MAX minimizes the requirement for extensive operator training. With built in data recordation and reporting through an RS232 interface, the MNI-MAX offers an easy to use and reliable solution to the most difficult bolting problem.

The Unisim Compact is a low-cost close-match solar simulator that provides the world-leading spectral match of our award winning Unisim solar simulators in a compact, bench top unit complete with IV measurement system. As with all our Unisim solar simulators, they exceed the ASTM, IEC and JIS international standards for spectral match and temporal instability. The easy-maintenance enclosure houses a TS-Space Systems 2-zone Unisim solar simulator which combines metal halide and incandescent sources via a proprietary filter system to give an AM0 close-match spectrum (AM1.5 drop-in filter sets are available). The standard system includes an embedded source meter with complete IV measurement system (Computer, GPIB interface, IV software, MS Excel), relative irradiance indicator for monitoring lamp intensity and an electrical shutter. Product support is very important to us. Training is provided at our premises where customers can take advantage of one-on-one tuition with the solar simulator designers and learn how to operate and maintain their tools. The 500xv is able to pump higher viscosity material by reducing the restriction within the pump, specially designed with 3/8” ports at a 45 degree angle. Ball valves are used for automating refill and continuous flow which clear easily.The 500xv syringe pump provides precise delivery of high viscosity material up to 204 mL/min. Pulse-less flow is delivered up to 5,000 psi (345 bar) for pumping thick materials. Viscosity can be reduced by heating the pump chamber. A Temperature Control Jacket can be used to raise the temperature above ambient up to 100 ◦C.The High Temperature package allows the ability to heat up to 200 ◦C.The SyriXus controller has backlighted keypad and 4-line LCD display, as well as built-in and optional interfaces for computer control and other devices. Programming is easy and flexible, with instant access to menu screens even when the pump is running. This allows you to change operating parameters on the fly. Control the pump remotely using driver for LabVIEW™ software, in addition to pump controller.The 500xv pump module has a single-ratio drive train with auto-lubricating gears for long life and low maintenance. Special fittings are used to prevent leaks and ensure safety at maximum pressure.
