WiFi Inspection Cameras generates a local WiFi hotspot (without Internet access) through which video clips and still photos of hard-to-reach or hard-to-see areas or equipment captured by the probe camera can be sent to an app-enabled smartphone or tablet for viewing and sharing. Free apps for iOS devices (iPhones or iPads) and Android devices are available from the iTunes App Store and Google Play Store, respectively. The three WiFi cameras differ in probe length, camera lighting and grip style.

Our SWIR or Short-Wave Infrared imaging covers the wavelength range from 900nm to 1700nm. A large number of applications that are difficult or impossible to perform using visible light are made possible, with great results, using short-wave infrared (SWIR) imaging thus enabling the user to "See Beyond the Visible". SWIR is similar to visible light in that photons are reflected or absorbed by an object, providing the strong contrast needed for higher resolution imaging– unlike thermal images, that rely on radiated photons. The performance series includes the FLIR Neutrino QX and SX12. Neutrino SX12 is a 1280×1024/12 µm resolution focal plane array (FPA) and has a frame rate of 120 Hz at 720P and >60 Hz for SXGA. Neutrino QX is a 2048×1536/10 µm FPA and has a frame rate of 60 Hz at 1080P and >30 Hz for QXGA. Neutrino Performance Series is ideal for ground or airborne intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), targeting, counter-UAS solutions and Wide Area Motion Imagery (WAMI) applications. Our Real Time Interferometric Process Monitor provides high precision detection of film thickness and trench depth during the etching/deposition process.Depending on applications, LEM camera includes a 670 or 905 or 980 nm laser and when mounted on any dry etch/deposition process chamber with a direct top view of the wafer this generates a small laser spot on the sample surface.Interference occurs when monochromatic light hits the sample surface, resulting in different optical path lengths due to film thickness and height variations in the film.This allows the etch/deposition rate and thus thickness to be monitored in real time, also fringes counting or more complex analysis, providing enhanced process control Endpoint for a wide variety of processes. Additionally interfaces can be detected by their change in reflectivity.
