The 40-834-101 is a 75 Ohm 8 to 1 RF MUX with 2 banks in a single PXI slot. It has been designed to exhibit low insertion loss and VSWR through the use of modern RF relay technology at an affordable cost. Each MUX has been carefully designed to ensure excellent and repeatable RF characteristics to frequencies of 3GHz with each path having a nominally equal insertion loss. The design of the 40-834 minimizes the injection of noise and unwanted signals into the signal path by careful attention to the mechanical and electrical design.

To program the switches, you can use the IVI-compliant NI-SWITCH driver software, complete with help documentation, example programs, and a soft front panel application for interactive control of switches. For intelligent management of complex switch systems, NISwitch Executive provides additional software tools to help you design, build, and deploy your switching system.

RF Adapter Module For FlexRIO
RF Adapter Module
RF Adapter Modules for FlexRIO feature frequency coverage from 200 MHz to 4.4 GHz, with up to 200 MHz instantaneous bandwidth. When paired with a PXI FPGA Module for FlexRIO or the Controller for FlexRIO, you can program the FPGA using LabVIEW to implement custom signal processing, including modulation and demodulation, channel emulation, spectral analysis, and even closed-loop control. These modules are all based on a direct conversion architecture and feature an onboard local-oscillator which can be shared with adjacent modules for synchronization. RF adapter modules also provide digital I/O capability for interfacing with external hardware.
