Huatai HA4600/IF series, is narrow-band multiplexing EDFA suitable for L-Band fiber link application. With build-in 1550nm Internal Modulation SAT-IF optical transmitter, used for inter-cutting DBS. The WDM inside will multiply the signal from TX and main line signal that is inputted from outside, then the combined signal will enter EDFA to be amplified to serve the local subscribers. To avoid the interferes caused by mismatching of the optical output power between TX and main line signal from outside, output power of the TX can go through a VOA, thus, it can be adjusted or set from the front panel. This unit is simple and clear, easy to be installed and tested. The Keysight 8165xA Fabry-Perot laser sources can be used in conjunction with optical power meter modules for insertion loss, optical return loss and PDL measurement of broadband components and fiber. The Keysight 81663A Distributed Feedback Laser Sources are best suited for amplifier test and WDM system test applications. Keysight covers PON and common WDM wavelengths with its 81663A Distributed Feedback (DFB) laser source modules. The precise tunability around ITU-grid center wavelength gives you the flexibility to match test setups to the latest requirements of the DWDM-system. The fine-tuning allows to shift the center wavelength from one DWDM transmission channel to the adjacent channel in dense WDM systems. The built-in isolator ensures highest laser stability, even when reflections are present in the optical path.

Wavelength Division Multiplexers (WDMs) are used to combine or split two different single mode signals with low insertion loss. Thorlabs' WDMs featured on this page are manufactured using Fused Biconic Taper (FBT) technology and are designed for common NIR and telecom wavelengths (see the table to the right for options). They are an ideal solution for combining pump and signal wavelengths in fiber lasers and amplifiers or for combining telecom signals. Thorlabs' Fused Polarization Maintaining (PM) Wavelength Division Multiplexers (WDMs) combine two wavelengths of light in PM fiber while maintaining the polarization of the incident light. These WDMs are reversible; they can also be used to split two discrete wavelengths entering the common port into two separate output ports. They are not designed to split the output from a broadband source. PM WDMs are often used for pump / signal applications that incorporate erbium-doped or ytterbium-doped fiber amplifiers.
