The JSC family of devices provides a highly reliable way to determine if voltage is present downstream of the disconnector or circuit breaker knives during zero-energy shutdowns. They dramatically increase the safety of personnel performing maintenance on electrical equipment. When voltage is present downstream of the disconnector knives, one or more LEDs on the JSC-88A will remain illuminated. The JSC's compact design allows for direct installation on the disconnector door, starter, or control panel.
