NAI’s 56SQ2 is a 300 Watt AC/DC Power Supply that uses two slots in a standard VME chassis. It is conduction-cooled through the card edge/wedgelock. This power supply accepts either a single- or three-phase input and provides up to 5 standard VME outputs plus standby at 300 Watts. It is designed for VME and general purpose applications. An onboard microcontroller allows for design flexibility.Standard features include continuous Background Built-in-Test (BIT); remote error sensing; holdup time; and protection against transients, overvoltage and short circuits. Options such as power fail warning, vibration testing, over-temperature monitoring and shutdown, current share, and extensive signaling (including ANSI/VITA) are available.

LED Life Analyser

In order to better test the service life of LEDs, Feasa developed the LED Life Analyser, which enables LED values to be measured under extreme temperatures. This model can measure at temperatures from -65 °C to +125 °C. The fibres used in the Life Analyser are specially designed for use at extreme temperatures. To support this, specific optical heads made of selected materials were designed to withstand the high temperatures. The Feasa Life Analyser is available in 3, 5, 10 and 20 channel configurations. The interfaces are USB, RS232 and daisy chain. The associated test software continuously tests the LEDs at fixed time intervals and saves the results to the hard drive. The software can also send updates via e-mail.

Such testing would include Hipot and continuity testing of the power cord or wiring harness. The 58131 Lifetime Test System is designed specifically for the OLED industry. Model 58131 provides twoquadrant constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) stimulus to each OLED panel and acquires electrical and optical characteristics automatically. Two independent and isolated precision source-and-measure units (PMU) are incorporated in one modular card, which is capable of testing two OLED panels. Additional instrument cards are added to expand test capacity. Hot plug and play is a key feature of 58131.
