Carbon-Fiber Reinforced-Polymer Optical Breadboards And Benches
-
Advanced Photonic Sciences LLC
Carbon fiber optical breadboards provide a similar thermal stability to Super Invar but at a lower cost and are inherently non-magnetic. For ages, steel breadboards have been the only choice; however, structures made from carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) have been used in the aerospace and space industries for many years due to their low weight, high strength, excellent thermal stability and low resonant frequencies. APS now brings this advanced technology to the world of photonics in the United States and Canada with carbon fiber breadboards from CarbonVision. Four grades of carbon fiber breadboard are offered: the economic EC-Series, the advanced AD-Series, the all-carbon AC-Series, and the slim SL-Series.

Optical Tables and Breadboards
-
At Kinetic Systems, we’ve taken the guesswork out of selecting optical tables and vibration control equipment. Our honeycomb vibration isolation optical tables provide cost-effective solutions for virtually any application. For extremely sensitive applications in severe or unknown vibration environments, we recommend our highly damped 5300 Series honeycomb optical table with Active-Air vibration isolation. For normal or moderate environments we offer economical, broadband-damped tables such as our 5200 Series or 5100 Series with either Active-Air Isolators or Modular Rigid Supports.

SparkFun Digital Temperature Sensor
TMP102 (Qwiic)
-
We all like to know the temperature, right? Well, with the SparkFun TMP102 Digital Temperature Sensor, we've made it just about as easy as it gets. Based on the original Digital Temperature Sensor Breakout - TMP102, we've added Qwiic connectors to bring this board into our plug-and-play Qwiic Ecosystem and added an address jumper instead of breaking out the address pin. However, we still have broken out 0.1"-spaced pins in case you prefer to use a breadboard.

SparkFun Distance Sensor
1.3 Meter, VL53L4CD (Qwiic)
-
This SparkFun Distance Sensor Breakout utilizes the VL53L4CD next generation ToF (Time of Flight) sensor module to give you the highly accurate measurements at short ranges for its size. The VL53L4CD from STMicroelectronics uses a VCSEL (Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser) to emit an infrared laser to time the reflection to the target. That means that you will be able to measure the distance to an object from 1mm to 1300mm away with millimeter resolution! To make it even easier to get your readings, all communication is enacted exclusively via I2C, utilizing our handy Qwiic system so no soldering is required to connect it to the rest of your system. However, we still have broken out 0.1”-spaced pins in case you prefer to use a breadboard.

Capacitors - Binary Chip
-
Macom Technology Solutions Holdings Inc.
MACOM’s BOO and BSP Series Capacitors are designed to facilitate bread-boarding or to use where a trimming capability is required. These devices feature the same dielectric layer and bonding surfaces as our 9000 and 9100 Series chip capacitors. By connecting the pads in parallel, the capacitance values are additive, so many combinations are possible.

SparkFun GPS Breakout
NEO-M9N, SMA (Qwiic)
-
The SparkFun NEO-M9N GPS Breakout is a high quality GPS board with equally impressive configuration options including SMA. The NEO-M9N module is a 92-channel u-blox M9 engine GNSS receiver, meaning it can receive signals from the GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou constellations with ~1.5 meter accuracy. This breakout supports concurrent reception of four GNSS. This maximizes position accuracy in challenging conditions increasing, precision and decreases lock time; and thanks to the onboard rechargeable battery, you'll have backup power enabling the GPS to get a hot lock within seconds! Additionally, this u-blox receiver supports I2C (u-blox calls this Display Data Channel) which makes it perfect for the Qwiic compatibility so we don't have to use up our precious UART ports. Utilizing our handy Qwiic system, no soldering is required to connect it to the rest of your system. However, we still have broken out 0.1"-spaced pins in case you prefer to use a breadboard.
