PXI Card
The GX5152 Series are high speed, 6U PXI, digital I/O instruments. The GX5152 master controller has 32 I/O channels that supports test rates up to 50 MHz and vector depths up to 128 Mb per pin. The GX5153 slave offers the same timing characteristics and multiple I/O level configurations when used in conjunction with the GX5152. The GX5152 can control up to 15 GX5153 boards using the same timing and sequencer.

The VX405C carrier provides the mechanical and electrical interfaces between the VXIbus and up to six (6) VITA 12-1996 standard M/MA-Modules. The carrier provides VXI register configuration and access to the M/MA-Module I/O space and memory (if present). Each M/MA-Module is controlled separately and appears as a different logical address in the VXI environment. Over 100 M/MA-Modules are available that can provide custom interfacing to the unit under test (UUT). Up to six (6) unique interfaces may be provided in a single VXI slot.

The PCI102 allows testing of AMC.1, AMC.2 and AMC.3 modules in a PC environment during development and manufacturing; reducing the costs associated with maintaining different platforms. The PCI101 is a PCI-X edge style carrier with PCIe x4 lanes going to the AMC module. The AMC.1 module connects to the host PC’s PCI-X bus via a PCI-X to PCI ebridge. The AMC.2 module’s GbE ports are routed to RJ-45s. The AMC.3 differential pairs are routed to two SATA connectors. ThePCI102 is available with an optional VT001 IPMI controller which can test the AMC IPMI management functionality. The dual I2C bus connectors allow for connecting any I2C bus to any other I2C bus as well as being able to debug and monitor the I2C bus traffic. Provides two current sense resistors to measure the payload power as well as the management power of the AMC. The PCI102 can be powered on the bench without the host PC.
