The module samples eight input channels up to 2 MS/s/ch (single channel per ADC), and 32 input channels up to 100 kS/s/ch (four channels per ADC). The module's flexible resolution ranges from 18 bits at 2 MS/s/ch to 28 bits at 2 S/s/ch. The module features on-board signal averaging and filtering, auto-zero measurement switching, and a chopping mode that uses a pair of channels to provide high levels of noise rejection and to enable accurate and repeatable nano-volt measurements.

Phase stability of semi-rigid/flexible cables is characterized with a 90 degree bend using a 2.5 inch radius. Stability1 of the Keysight 85134H is less than 0.12 dB and phase is less than 0.13o * f + 0.5o, (where f is frequency in GHz).

Our lines of high frequency VNA test cables display excellent electrical properties such as wonderful phase stability of +/- 6° at 50 GHz and +/- 8° at 67 GHz as well as VSWR of 1.3:1 at 50 GHz and 1.4:1 at 67 GHz. The 50 GHz assemblies are terminated with 2.4mm connectors while the 67 GHz versions utilize 1.85mm connectors. The braided stainless steel armoring surrounding the coax provides a rugged, but flexible cable with a flex life exceeding 100,000 cycles, making these test cables ideal for use in semiconductor probe testing, precise bench top testing as well as lab/production testing where the need for a highly flexible, yet durable cable solution is required.
