Embedded Local Oscillator Capability
S93084B
-
The S93084B tunes the network analyzer’s receivers to the output frequency of the converter under test without having to access internal LOs or a common reference signals. For converters with embedded LOs, this enables measurements of match-corrected conversion loss/gain and absolute group delay (requires S93082B and S93083B), gain compression versus frequency (requires S93086B), intermodulation distortion (requires S93087B), and noise figure (requires S93029B).

Linear Power Supplies Precision, GPIB or Local Control, Ultra Low Ripple/Noise
Series ATE-DMG
-
Kepco's 1000 watt instrument-grade digital power supplies, Series ATE-DMG, are linear low-noise power supplies designed to respond very quickly and precisely to voltage and current setting instructions delivered interactively by the GPIB (IEEE 488.2) or from a front panel keypad. When programmed from the bus, the ATE-DMG power supplies respond to the SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments) common language for instruments used in an automatic test system.

Linear Bench or Rack Mount Power Supplies Programmable, Local or Digital Control, Ultra Low Ripple/Noise
Series PCX-MAT
-
These voltage stabilizers with a full complement of meters and controls, are 1/6-rack size units designed to plug directly into their own carrier cases and rack adapters. Seven models are available. These power supplies offer ultra low noise and ultra low ripple at the output and are MIL-STD-461 compliant. A modular version of PCX-MAT called PCX is also available. Contact Kepco for details.

High Voltage Linear Power Supplies Bipolar 4-quadrant, Analog/Digital/Local Control, Ultra Low Ripple/Noise
Series BOP-HV
-
The Kepco Model BOP 500DM and BOP 1000DM are high voltage power sources, up to 500V or 1000V, respectively. These combine the capabilities of fast programmable power supplies with a Class A output stage, which can respond bidirectionally from zero. The BOP-HV can be operated in either a "voltage stabilizing" or "current stabilizing" operating mode (selectable by a front panel switch). These power supplies offer ultra low noise and ultra low ripple at the output and are MIL-STD-461 compliant.

Linear Power Supplies High Voltage, Analog, Digital or Local Control, Ultra Low Ripple/Noise
Series BHK-MG
-
Kepco's BHK-MG are high voltage, linear, voltage-current stabilizers with rectangular (automatic crossover) output characteristic and ultra low noise and ultra low ripple at the output. All models are MIL-STD-461 compliant. They are offered in two sizes: a 40 watt half-rack design and a 200 watt full-rack power supply. The four models in each size have outputs of 0-300 volts, 0-500 volts, 0-1000 volts and 0-2000 volts. Both digital and analog programming control is featured.

Linear Power Supplies Bipolar 4-quadrant, Analog/Digital/Local Control, Ultra Low Ripple/Noise
BOP Series
-
Kepco's bipolar BOP power supplies are available in 100W, 200W and 400W sizes. For applications requiring higher power, see Kepco's 1KW High Power BOP. For applications requiring higher voltage, Kepco's Series BOP-HV are available in 500V and 1000V models.BOP are high speed power operational amplifiers that can be used to provide dynamically agile voltage for test and simulation. They are not general purpose power supplies. By the nature of the bipolar high speed design, they do not have any energy-storage noise discriminating output capacitors. These power supplies offer ultra low noise and ultra low ripple at the output and are MIL-STD-461 compliant.
