Stabilized Power Supplies
START POWER S.r.l. (Start Power)
Stabilized power supplies are essential devices for providing stable DC voltage to electronic circuits and equipment.
They offer features such as precise voltage and current regulation, short-circuit and overload protection, and advanced control functionality.
Stabilised power supplies of our own design and manufacture can be built with output power up to 40kW even in models with 2- or 4-quadrant bipolar outputs.

AC/DC Linear Power Supply
-
Linear AC-DC power supplies are electronic devices used to convert electrical energy from alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC), providing a stable and regulated power supply for electronic devices. They are represented by the DA series.Linear power supplies of the DA series are characterised by their low output noise and high speed. They can be used as power amplifiers; a sinusoidal voltage of 8/10 Vpp can be superimposed on the test voltage up to a frequency of 50 kHz.Another application for this power supply family is the simulation of the curve of a photovoltaic panel by programming the voltage and current.

2-4 Bipolar Dials Power Supplies
-
Bipolar 2-4 quadrant power supplies, also known as multiple quadrant power supplies or bi-directional power supplies, are electronic devices used to supply power in both directions, either in power supply mode or in energy absorption mode. They fall into the D2-D2C Series and the D4 Series.

Double Regulation Power Supply
-
Double regulation power supplies include: DO series, AxN series, ATR series. The Power Supplies of the AxN series are built with the double regulation technique. The first regulation is obtained by the partialization of the grid circulation angle as automatic variac. The second regulation functions as a linear stabilizer with constant dissipated power. As a result, this solution allows to obtain both low power dissipation and, thanks to the linear regulation, excellent output characteristics.DO series Power Supplies are made with the double regulation technique. A linear stabilization circuit is added to a thyristor-controlled bridge, which allows to reduce the power absorbed by the network. This type of control allows a volume reduction compared to linear power supplies but it preserves the characteristics of low noise and speed of response.ATR linear Power Supplies series are built with the double regulation technique. the first regulation is obtained by the personalization of the grid circulation angle as automatic variac. The second regulation functions as a linear stabilizer with constant dissipated power. As a result, this solutions allows to obtain both low power dissipation and, thanks to the linear regulation, excellent output characteristics.
