In-plant Detectors
In-plant detectors are similar in design to the portable detectors. The key difference being, the inspection surface moves past the stationary detectors.

High Voltage DC
-
Output voltage is infinitely adjustable from one to five kilovolts. Normal output voltage is direct current (DC).

Product
High Voltage Pulse
-
For thicker coatings it has fully adjustable output voltage from 5 kilovolt to 25 kilovolts. For very demanding conditions, a sensitivity switch offers additional control.

In-plant Low Voltage Wet Sponge
-
Wet Sponge Holiday Detector for Plant or Stationary Operations is highly sensitive and accurate. A uniform coating of only one mil of paint or other non-conductive material over a metal surface is sufficient to repel a small current flow. If a pin-hole holiday is encountered, moisture from the sponge will seep into the hole and create a free path for electrical flow, activating the signal horn.

Rebar
-
Continuously monitors the coating line process as reinforcing bar runs through the RBRS dual-roller wet sponge electrodes unit. When a holiday is discovered, a red light flashes at the appropriate station on the detector unit for a visual indication, and the unit sends an eletrical output to a plug on the back of the unit. The MSRB signal output plugs drive any 120 Volt AC customer furnished horn, bell, recorder or computer.
