THE NEW UNIVERSAL PROBE FOR CAPACITIVE MEASUREMENTS ON ICT TEST SYSTEMS. The ATX Coaxial Probe V2.0 has been developed to offer you a significantly more stable and reliable probe. Thanks to the improved mechanical stability of the probe, you can significantly increase the reliability and robustness of your production processes. Our probes are secured against twisting and have an individually adjustable height suspension. Each probe consists of the following two main components: Basic unit: The ATX Coaxial Probe V2.0 is available in two different lengths (37mm and 64mm), allowing flexible height compensation and precise alignment of the probe. Probe plate: Available in three different sizes (25x25mm, 45x45mm and 16x80mm). It is also possible to customise the probe plates to your respective component dimensions. Our probes can be extended and universally customised to include the following components for specific test systems: Muxboard: Available for Keysight NanoVTEP and Teradyne Framescan FX2. Amplifier: For Keysight NanoVTEP, Teradyne Framescan FX2, Digitaltest OpensCheck and SPEA Escan.

The mechanical and pneumatic version of the ME2 series can be easily and simply extended with the ME2HFK high-frequency insert, which also contains the shielded housing (dimensions of lower shielded housing: 212 x 240 mm). This means that both the ME2 and the ME2P with ME2HFK insert can test sensitive and transmitting assemblies - including those with a combination of transmitter and receiver - precisely and reliably without risking any consequences for your production. At the same time, interference with sensitive assemblies can be reliably ruled out. This is because it is particularly important for tests in the high-frequency range to reliably protect your test specimens against interference radiation from the environment.

Both our cassette self-assembly kits and our standard assembled cassettes consist of a hold-down plate, board carrier plate and pin carrier plate, a handle and a cassette including interface preparation.

Unlike our first MMIWG version, our MMIWG2 series offers you even more ergonomics thanks to our new Top Loader function. After unlocking the cassette, it can be easily removed upwards, whereby it is no longer necessary to open the housing to change the cassette.
