The W6601A LPDDR4 2-wing BGA interposer for LPDDR4 200-ball BGA DRAM probing takes full advantage of the quad sample state mode on the U4164A logic analyzer module it is compatible with. The W6601A is the smallest BGA interposer for LPDDR4 200-ball DRAM capable of capturing simultaneous read and write traffic at data rates in excess of 3.2 Gb/s. U4208A and U4209A probe/cables connect W6601A LPDDR4 BGA interposer directly into the U4164A logic analyzer module from 61-pin high density zero insertion force (ZIF) connectors that attach to the W6601A BGA interposer wings. Refer to the W6601A data sheet for complete list of LPDDR4 signals probed with the W6601A.

The 1GG1-8038 is a passive diode frequency doubler. It is specified to operate with a 2050 GHz output frequency. Conversion efficiency is usually around -12 dB. The device has low 1/2 and 3/2 spurious output, typically 15 dBc or better. The doubler can be biased through onchip resistors to allow operation at low input levels. Up to 22 dBm at the input can be accommodated. Onchip DC blocking capacitors are included at the input and output.

The 34980A Multiplexer switches can be used to connect one of many different points to a single point. You can connect to an external instrument or switch multiple analog signals to the 34980A internal DMM. Multiple multiplexers can be connected together via the 4 analog buses to create an even larger multiplexer. The break-before-make feature also ensures that no two signals are connected to each other during a scan. All multiplexer modules also include a relay switch counter to help predict when relays need to be replaced.
