The 10715A minimizes dead path, and, because the entire optical path through the interferometer is common mode, it eliminates thermal drift in measurements. The resolution of the measurement is twice that of a linear or single-beam interferometer.

The M9103A, a high-density, high-power 99-channel multiplexer routes many different channels to a single point. The switches operate in a break-before-make mode that ensures no two points are connected at the same time, or multiple channels can simultaneously connect if needed. This module is ideal for routing multiple analog signals to a measurement device in an automated test environment (ATE) or data acquisition systems. Each channel switch has a high and low for 2-wire switching. The high-quality armature relays are capable of switching up to 100Vrms, with up to 60W of power. The Keysight 8471D is a low-cost, planar-doped barrier detector offering excellent performance to 2 GHz. A negative polarity output is standard, and a positive polarity is available as Option 103. A load option (Option 102) extends the square-law region to at least -10 dBm. The Keysight 8471D has a BNC (m) input connector and a frequency range of 100 kHz to 2 GHz, making it ideal for use in RF and low microwave applications.

The Waveform Generation Tool provides a simplified interface for baseband modulation of Keysight's wide bandwidth signal simulation solutions, for signals with up to 1 GHz RF bandwidth. Even the most complex signals are defined and implemented easily through the software interface. Signals can be defined through basic parameter entry or from files created in MATLAB or other engineering environments. For each selection in the main menu, a subsequent screen appears, enabling the user to enter the parameters required to define the waveform and invoke the built-in calibration routines. A display on each sub-panel shows the ideal frequency domain waveform calculated from entered parameters. A simulation mode is provided to enable development and operation without connection to the instrument hardware.
