Passive probes are the standard probe provided with most oscilloscopes. Typical passive probes provide a 10:1 attenuation and feature a high input resistance of 10 MO. This high input resistance means that passive probes are the ideal tool for low frequency signals since circuit loading at these frequencies is minimized. Passive probes are designed to handle voltages of at least 400V, some as high as 600V. Teledyne LeCroy passive probes feature an attenuation sense pin which tells the oscilloscope to scale the waveforms automatically requiring no user input.

Teledyne Test Tools new T3DSO1000/1000A Oscilloscopes feature two channel and four channel models. The two channel model is available in 100 MHz, 200 MHz or 350 MHz bandwidths, a single ADC with up to 2 GSa/s maximum sample rate, and up to 28 Mpts of sample memory. The four channel scope is available in 100 and 200 MHz models and incorporates two 1 GSa/s ADCs and two 14 Mpts memory modules. When all channels are enabled, each channel has sample rate of 500 MSa/s and a standard record length of 7 Mpts. When only a single channel per ADC is active, the maximum sample rate is 1 GSa/s and the maximum record length is 14 Mpts. For ease-of-use, the most commonly used functions can be accessed with its user-friendly front panel design.

Through our focus on designing and building products to meet specialized customer needs, the company grew from founder Dr. Robert Allington's garage into its current 200,000 square foot plant. In June of 2004, Isco was acquired by Teledyne Technologies, Inc., becoming Teledyne ISCO and beginning a new chapter in the company's story. Today, Teledyne ISCO manufactures a wide range of products for professionals working in water pollution monitoring and abatement, engineers and managers involved with wastewater process control, and scientists involved in field and laboratory work. We have always taken pride in the fact that the products we produce are used by our customers to improve the quality of life on Earth. Benefits realized from the use of ISCO products range from maintaining a clean environment, to developing disease-curing drugs and finding new energy supplies.
