The LCMS-8045 also achieves the world's fastest scan speed (30,000 u/sec) and polarity switching speed (5 msec). These enable ultra-high-speed, high-sensitivity analysis. The CGT-7100 analyzer measures the concentration of gases in a continuous way, using a ratio photometric non-dispersive infrared absorption (NDIR) method. All pretreatment parts required for measurement, such as the pump, filter, and electric dehumidifier, are built-in. The analyzer can measure three components including CO, CO2, or CH4 (any two of these) and O2, and is compatible with measurement at 100 vol%. The Py-Screener™ system is designed to screen for phthalate esters in polymers. The use of phthalate esters in toys and food packaging is currently restricted. Moving forward, they are expected to be regulated as restricted substances under the Directive on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS (II) Directive) in Europe. The pyrolyzer GC/MS (Py-GC/MS) is used to selectively detect and quantify phthalate esters thermally extracted from samples.
